3. Magnet placement: Neodymium magnets are embedded into routed cavities along the front panel and lid edge for controlled flip-top closure.

4. Paper wrapping: Printed or specialty wrap paper is applied over the rigid shell, covering joints, hinge spine, and magnet areas.

5. Finishing and inspection: Lamination or coating is applied, then hinge movement, lid alignment, and surface consistency are checked.
