How are Magnetic Closure Boxes Assembled?
Magnetic closure boxes are assembled through a five-step process:
Board cutting: Greyboard sheets in 1.5 mm, 2 mm, or 3 mm thickness are die-cut for the base, lid, and flap.
Shell forming: Panels are glued at fixed angles to create a rigid structure resistant to bending.
Magnet placement: Neodymium magnets are set into pre-cut cavities for consistent closure alignment.
Paper wrapping: Printed or specialty paper covers the shell, sealing magnets and edges.
Finishing and inspection: Laminations or coatings are applied, then alignment, bond strength, and surface quality are checked.
Our magnetic closure rigid boxes can be enhanced with multiple finishing options depending on your branding needs.
Available finishing options include:
Matte Lamination for a soft and modern luxury appearance
Gloss Lamination for vibrant, high-shine packaging
Soft Touch Coating for an ultra-premium velvet-like feel
Foil Stamping (gold, silver, rose gold, copper, and matte black) for logos and borders
Embossing / Debossing for raised or pressed logo effects
Spot UV for glossy highlights on logos or patterns
Textured Coating for a distinctive high-end surface finish

These finishes help your packaging look more exclusive and increase perceived product value.
